We are delighted to extend an invitation to all 2023 UTME/DE admission applicants for our upcoming Physical Screening Exercise, which is set to take place on the following date:

This notification is directed towards aspiring students who submitted their applications to the Federal University of Health Sciences in Azare, Bauchi State and actively participated in the 2023 Post UTME examination. We kindly request all applicants to check their JAMB CAPS for the most up-to-date information on their admission status. Your presence at the Physical Screening Exercise is a vital step in your admission process, and we look forward to seeing you there.
The list of admitted candidates are baing uploaded online via JAMB CAPS batch by batch. Candidates are to follow the procedure below to check. See the procedure to check your admission status below.

Click on ‘Check Admission Status,
Click on ‘Access my CAPS’
Click on 'Admission Status' to see if you have been offered admission.
Candidates who have been offered admission are to proceed to click"ACCEPT" or "REJECT" to indicate acceptance or rejection of the admission offer.
PROCEDURE AND REQUIREMENTS FOR INTRA-UNIVERSITY AND INTER-UNIVERSITY TRANSFER
During its 8th Regular Meeting held on 2nd August 2023, the University Senate officially endorsed the requirements and procedures for both Intra-University (Change of Course) and Inter-University admissions at the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare (FUHSA).
Admission to FUHSA will be granted to candidates who meet the necessary qualifications, subject to written and/or oral assessments as determined by the University. Importantly, our admission policy is all-inclusive, embracing individuals of all religions, ethnic backgrounds, genders, creeds, and abilities. It's worth noting that all applicants seeking admission to the Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare, must have reached the age of 16.
